7 (Super) Shots // 7 tomas (espectaculares)

I was tagged by my friend Katie, from Seashells and Sunflowers, to play along in this blogger game hosted by HostelBookers. So, thanks to Katie, I had the chance to revisit most of my pictures (not all because there came a point where I had to just stop looking...the decision to pick seven pictures was hard enough!)
The idea is to pick a picture that will fall in one of the seven categories. So, I cheated, for some I have more than one picture. I don't consider all of these my "super" shots, but I didn't pick the name of the game, just the pictures.

So... // Así que...

1. A photo that takes my breath away // Una foto que me quita el aliento-
Here are two that take my breath away, not because they're great pictures but because of the memory of being in these places and taking the picture.
Please forgive the very scratched picture, since it's a scan of a very scratched negative.

2. A photo that makes me laugh or smile // Una foto que te hace reir o sonreir-
My daughter at Katie's wedding reception. She's just adorable and her pictures always make me smile.

Neighborhood dog watching and drooling (I'm sure!) as the local butcher's delivery is being unloaded.

3. A photo that makes me dream // Una foto que me hace soñar -

I guess flowers make me dreamy... // Parece que las flores me hacen soñar...

I drove down this road countless times on my way to work in Telford, PA.

4. A photo that makes me think...who in the world collects a humongous pile of plastic hangers outside their house?

And, this one makes me proud, perhaps, more than thoughtful. On the surface there's nothing outstanding about this picture, except, perhaps, the fact that it was taken in New Jersey...not Argentina.

5. A photo that makes my mouth water // Una foto que me hace agua la boca -

Havanna...'nuff said. // Havanna...suficiente dicho.

6. A photo that tells a story // Una foto que cuenta una historia -
I find that this picture and the one below are interchangeable in these two last categories.

7. A photo that I am most proud of (aka my worthy of National Geographic shot) // Una foto de la cual estoy muy orgullosa (o sea, digna de la National Geographic) -
Outdoor restaurant in Colonia, Uruguay // Restaurante en Colonia, Uruguay
